Mobile Application Documentation. Autozang does not warrant that its
Application will be constantly available,or available at all, the
information in this Application is complete, true, accurate, your
opt-out choices will be successfully executed in all cases, the
Application is free of defects or errors.
The
downloading and/or use of the application is entirely at your own
risk and in no event shall Autozang be liable (whether under the law
of contracts, torts, or otherwise) for any direct, indirect,
incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive or any other
monetary or another damages, fees, fines, penalties or liabilities
(collectively "damages") whatsoever arising out of or
relating to this application.
You
may use the Application only for your own personal, non-commercial
use. You are strictly prohibited from, and agree that you will not,
adapt, edit, change, modify, transform, publish, republish,
distribute, or redistribute this Application or the material on this
Application (in any form or media) without Autozang's prior written
consent.
You
agree not to use any automated data collection methods, data mining,
robots, or scraping or any data gathering methods of any kind on this
Application.
This
Agreement shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance
with the laws of Chennai, Tamil Nadu excluding its choice of law
rules. All disputes relating to this Agreement shall be settled in
the courts located Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The parties submit to
personal jurisdiction within Tamil Nadu.
If
Autozang discovers that you have used its copyrighted or other
protected materials in contravention of the terms of the license
above, Autozang may bring legal proceedings against you, seeking
monetary damages and an injunction against you. You could also be
ordered to pay legal fees and costs.
Return,
Refund and Cancellation in any Circumstances is not entertained. In
case of double or failed transactions and payment has been debited
refund will be processed through same mode within 10 working
days.
All
intellectual property to this Application, including all Application
material, is protected by copyright, trademark, or patent laws, and
is owned exclusively by Autozang. Intellectual property, includes,
but is not limited to, computer or software code, scripts, design
elements, graphics, interactive features, artwork, text
communication, and any other content that may be found on or in the
Application. All trademarks, service marks and trade names are owned,
registered and/or licensed by Autozang.
Cookies
are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your

enables the site's or service provider's systems to recognize your

dispute or disagreement between customer and insurance

Customer
needs to make sure that there are no illegal materials such as
explosives, drugs etc. in the vehicle. If any illegal materials are
found he/she will be liable for the same. When the vehicle is being
taken to the repair center if the vehicle is seized by police for
prior traffic violations or cause of the accident on the way to
repair center,
customer will be responsible to engage with police
to solve the issue.
Customer
needs to make sure all the damages to the vehicle are reported before
handing over the vehicle via email or any other written material to
Autozang. Any claims of damage to vehicle after the repair will not
be entertained and Autozang cannot be held liable for the
same.
Customer
must not use this website in any way that causes, or may cause,
damage to the website or business or impairment of the availability
or accessibility of the website; or in any way which is unlawful,
illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful,
illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity or to provide
review of website on other platform.
You
must not use this website and other related business page like social
media etc. to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or
distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) any
spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger,
rootkit or other malicious computer software. You must not conduct
any systematic or automated data collection activities including
without limitation scraping, data mining, data extraction and data
harvesting on or in relation to this website without Autozang express
written consent.
Customer
must not use this website to transmit or send unsolicited commercial
communications, threatening communication against company or society,
or bad remark which directly or indirectly affect the company
performance or brand. You must not use this website for any purposes
related to marketing without Autozang express written consent.
Failure to any clause of this agreement will attract necessary legal
action and penalty.
Autozang
grants to you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable
license to: download this Application to a mobile devise via a web
browser; use this Application as herein set forth; copy and store
this Application and the material on this Application in your web
browser cache memory; and print pages from this Application for your
own personal and non-commercial use. Autozang does not grant you any
other rights whatsoever in relation to this Application or the
material on this Application.
All
other rights are expressly reserved by Autozang.If you become aware
of any use of Autozang's copyright or protected materials that
contravenes or may contravene the terms of the license above,

If
you deny the service from our end after our representative has
reached your location that you had shared with us, you are liable to
pay Rs 350 as cancellation charges
We
provide complementary pickup and delivery service if your vehicle is
in running condition, if the vehicle is found to be in not
starting/running condition, pickup charges will be applicable
If
vehicle pickup and delivery locations are not same , and varies more
than 500 metres from the pickup location sent by customer from where
the vehicle was picked up, separate charge will be applicable
If
vehicle and vehicle keys are needed to be collected from 2 separate
locations which are not within 200 metres of the vehicle location,
Autozang reserves the right to charge the customer for collection of
keys from a different location which is more than 200 meters from the
vehicle location
15
days service warranty is provided by Autozang ( brand of AZ
Automotive Solutions Pvt Ltd) for the parts that we have worked on
during the service. If after service problem arises from a different
part/area which was not worked on by Autozang, Autozang won’t be
responsible for fixing the issue.
If
the customer doesn’t agree to the parts change provided by Autozang
during the initial quotation , and does selective work on the bike,
Autozang will undertake the work as per customer approval but in such
circumstances, but warranty will not be applicable to the customer as
other faulty/weak parts were not changed which may lead to other
problems in the bike in future
Autozang
reserves the right to cancel 15 days of service warranty if customer
is found to have spoken/behaved in an unprofessional manner to any of
the representatives of Autozang
If
any issues are found in the vehicle during the warranty period,
customers are requested to visit our workshop to get the issue
rectified. Pickup and drop will not be provided during the warranty
period
